June/July Challenge

It is time for a brand new challenge!

This one will be a hills challenge - as I know how much you love running up those hills! Stop groaning!

This challenge will start tomorrow (17th June) and run until the last day in July - so 11.59pm 31st July 2017.

Your task - should you choose to accept it is to jog or run the grand total of 11,178ft (3407 metres) which is the equivalent of running up the three peaks - Ben Nevis, Scafell PIke and Snowdon!

So every time you jog or run make a note of how far up you went on that session (this should be detailed in the analysis on either MapMyRun  - or whatever app your using - or your tracker app that monitors what you wear on your wrist) any questions about this post in the group.

I will start a thread in the group for you to reply to keep us all up to date on how far up you've gotten so far!

Time to work on your lower body some more!

Here is your homework specially designed to improve your running.

Time to further improve your lower body strength to get you powering along nice and efficiently.
