1-2-1 Personal Training 

An 8 or 12-week intense workout programme to quickly achieve the results you want; this could be losing weight, dropping a dress size, toning, sculpting, training for an event or getting back to a previous level of fitness. If you need motivation then this is the programme for you!

Workouts are 3 times a week (a total of 24 or 36 sessions) delivered via ZOOM and includes nutrition support or advice (optional).
