1-2-1 Personal Training 

An 8 or 12 week workout programme designed to jumpstart your motivation and get you on the right track to health. This programme is ideal for someone wanting to lose weight, tone up, improve endurance or train for an event.

If you are fairly motivated and can see yourself supplementing the programme workouts with home workouts or classes then this is the perfect programme for you.

Workouts are 2 times a week (a total of 16 or 24 sessions) delivered in-person at your house, garden local park.
