  • 5K to 10K Programme 2021

    This is a 10-week programme for joggers wanting to go from 5k to 10k runs. We will work on improving technique, pace and stamina.

    Programme cost only £50.00 – and includes the 10K entry fee to the Perth 10k!

    Book before 14th June 2021 – and save £5!

    Graduates receive FREE anti-wicking t-shirt and 10k certificate of completion.

    The programme covers 10 sessions which are 60 minutes long, weekly homework, tips on jogging, nutrition and access to support.

  • Boxercise Beginners Course

    This is a 6-week course for beginners who want to learn the basic Boxercise moves. You’ll learn all 8 punches and some basic footwork.

    You’ll work up a sweat, get that heart racing and burn a shedload of calories. We’ll box and use pads and gloves but never hit each other!

    Great for losing weight, sculpting your body and improving your fitness levels.

    We’ll do technique work, paired sparring, circuits and beasting!

    Each session will be different/varied to keep you on your toes!

    An 8 or 12 week workout programme designed to jumpstart your motivation and get you on the right track to health. This programme is ideal for someone wanting to lose weight, tone up, improve endurance or train for an event.

    If you are fairly motivated and can see yourself supplementing the programme workouts with home workouts or classes then this is the perfect programme for you.

    Workouts are 2 times a week (a total of 16 or 24 sessions) delivered in-person at your house, garden local park.
