What's an online programme?
At Crossley Fitness it is my mission to reduce obesity in the UK and help people to become happier, heathier people who love their bodies and feel confident in their own skin. But, there are only 24 hours in each day so I physically cannot reach every person!
I have created my online programme to reach people who are desperately unhappy, lethargic and want to change - badly!
People - that are JUST LIKE ME - as a mum who runs her own successful business I know EXACTLY what it's like to feel like you're spinning so many plates in the air that any second now one is going to fall and life is going to turn to s**t. It probably won't but it feels like that doesn't it?
The pressure to do all the things we SHOULD be doing to live our lives and bring our kids up "properly" and it's no wonder we neglect ourselves! I have spent so much time running the kids to their activities, and cooking them super healthy foods only to collapse on the sofa at 11pm and binge myself silly on biscuits, cakes and chocolate bars!
Always promising myself that tomorrow i'll do my 1-hour workout and tomorrow I'll eat salad and tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow - and GUESS WHAT?
